Access To Your Medical Records

The surgery is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998. The Act gives you the right to access personal health information about yourself. For access to your records please write to the Assistant Practice Manager. There may be an administration charge for this service.

Zero Tolerance

The NHS operate a zero tolerance policy. We believe that no member of staff or patients should be subject of verbal or physical abuse of any kind. Such behaviour may lead to removal from our list and the involvement of police if necessary.

Chaperone Policy

All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure. The chaperone may be a family member or friend. Please make this request at the time of booking an appointment so that suitable arrangements can be made.

Complaints Procedure

The doctors and staff at this Practice are committed to providing high quality health care and services to patients.  It is best to tell a member of staff about any concerns or problems as soon as they arise and they will try to sort them out.  If your problem cannot be sorted out in this way, and you wish to make a complaint, please let us have the details.  The sooner we look into the matter the easier it will be possible to establish what happened and take appropriate action.
